Bridget is a graduate of St. Mary’s College where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work. Bridget graduated from University of Michigan with her Masters in Social Work with a specialization in Interpersonal Practice.

She has over 14 years’ experience working with individuals of all ages dealing with transitions at all stages of life. In addition to her private practice, she has a wide range of experience including school social work with adolescents and teens, workplace stress, anxiety and depression, relationship issues, and with hospice and primary care physician offices counseling chronically ill patients and family members.

Bridget tailors her counseling sessions to each clients’ unique story and specific needs, while helping individuals navigate through unexpected challenges life can often throw at us. Bridget often works with clients to break down the issue at hand into smaller steps in order to achieve their overall goal. This makes the issue less overwhelming, more manageable and allows you to see progress made along the way. Through counseling, Bridget will help you understand, overcome, and advance in your journey to become the best version of yourself.
