I am here to listen, ask questions, and help you work through challenges and life transitions.

First Session

This is an opportunity for me to get to know your story and begin to talk about how counseling can help address the root cause, as well as start to provide strategies to create change.

Follow Up Sessions

We will set goals together and continue to dive deeper into your story, in a direction and at a pace in which you feel comfortable. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches to address the specific issues at hand, providing effective strategies which you can put into practice to help you see the progress you are making each week.
